After the correct digits are entered, you will be taken to the Personal Health Development (PHD) homepage. After setting up a “username and password”, you will enter the PHD program and will be able to click on the “Tracktion Program” from this page.

Below is a reminder of the “Quick Steps to Enter Your Wellness Program”. You should already have a full copy of these steps from your initial welcome letter.

I. If You Are Using A Computer

1. Establish username and password for the content area of your Personal Health Development (PHD).
2. Enter program and go to right hand column and click on “Tracktion Program”.
3. Your company code is “Enterprise”.
4. You are now in the Tracktion Program.
5. Find your name from the dropdown list.
6. Establish your pin number.
7. Read HIPAA statement.
8. Read “The 10 Topics”.
9. You will then arrive to your homepage (You may add family members from this page).
10. Read the welcome letter to learn how to execute the program.
11. Click on the “Available Actions” button.
12. Return to your homepage and go to “How To Execute Available Actions”.
13. Begin your wellness program and earn credits to receive rewards!!!
