Tracktion Market

The need of Tracktion is becoming more obvious in American wellness programs, especially on the corporate level. A recent article in the The Tennessean Newspaper titled “Whirlpool Suspends 39 Workers Who It Says Lied About Smoking” focused on employees who alleged they had stopped smoking for a period of time to receive financial company rewards until the opposite was discovered.  This discovery led to fines and suspensions from work.

This scenario is a perfect example of a need to track employees’ actions on a scheduled plan. In this case the employer did everything for the employee, but still had failed results.

Our “take” on three major markets and the solutions…

Corporate Wellness Plans are weak in the fact that they focus on the tools offered for a successful wellness initiative. We want to offer a solution that focuses on offering the underlying component of success which is motivating through effective action design to enable the employee to execute the effective use of tools offered, such as a wellness plan.

Healthcare Plans and Policies are weak in the area of offering better classification of health and wellness levels of their participants. We want to offer a solution that brings more meaning and effectiveness to the often long, and drawn out health risk assessments.

Existing Wellness and Disease Management Programs are weak in the fact that there is a poor link between the facilitators of the wellness programs and the health coaches who are monitoring employee actions. We want to offer a solution that standardizes numbers that can be effective from administration to end user to make existing programs more effective and beneficial to the user.
